Peer Review Process

All scientific articles submitted to the editors are subject to mandatory peer review. The reviewers are scientists and doctors of science who possess authority in the field of scientific knowledge relevant to the article’s manuscript. All reviewers are recognized experts in the subject matter of the materials being reviewed and have published on the topic of the article being reviewed.
All articles submitted to the editors are reviewed for compliance with the journal’s profile and formatting requirements. The review and acceptance process for publication consists of the following stages: 1) technical verification of the article for plagiarism; 2) blind peer review by two experts; 3) a decision on the advisability of publication.
Reviewers evaluate articles based on the following criteria:
– manuscript originality;
– scientific novelty;
– validity of conclusions and reliability of data interpretation;
– comprehensiveness and relevance of sources;
Based on the recommendations, editors make one of the following decisions:
1. Accept the manuscript without revisions.
2. Accept the manuscript with revisions based on the reviewers’ comments.
3. Reject with the possibility of resubmission after substantial revision.
4. Reject without the possibility of resubmission, typically due to narrow scope, lack of novelty, insufficient conceptual contribution, or critical technical/interpretative issues.
The review period is determined by the responsible secretary and cannot exceed 2 months from the date of receipt of the manuscript by the editors.
